End User License Agreement (EULA)

This page explains what you can do with an Eblasoft extension, how support works, and what happens if you need to renew in the future.

Current policy: one license covers one production CRM and one development CRM that supports it. You may use the last version obtained during your subscription for life, while updates, support, and fixes are available during the selected license term.

1. Agreement Scope

This agreement applies to Eblasoft paid EspoCRM extensions. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using an extension, you agree to these terms.

2. What Your License Includes

Each license currently includes:

  • Use on one production EspoCRM instance per license.
  • Use on one development EspoCRM instance for internal testing or staging that supports the licensed production environment.
  • Lifetime usage of the last extension version obtained during the subscription.
  • Updates, technical support, and fixes for confirmed extension defects during the selected license term.

Feature requests may be submitted while the license term is active. Eblasoft reviews each request and decides whether it will be implemented. Implementation and delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

3. Renewal and Future Policy Changes

After the selected license term ends, access to updates, technical support, and fixes must be renewed if you want continued assistance and upgrades. You may continue using the last extension version obtained before the term ended.

We may change our license model for future purchases. That means future sales may move to a yearly renewal model and may no longer include lifetime usage. Any change would apply to future purchases, not to rights already granted, unless the law requires otherwise.

4. What You Should Not Do

Please do not:

  • Resell or redistribute the extension as your own product.
  • Offer it as a hosted service for third parties without written permission.
  • Bypass or tamper with license checks.
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
  • Use source code as training input for AI models without permission.

5. Open-Source Components

If an extension contains open-source components, those parts remain governed by their own open-source licenses.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, extensions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eblasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. If a claim is allowed, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license during the 12 months before the event.

8. Termination

If this agreement is breached, license rights may be suspended or terminated. If a license ends because of a violation, you must stop using the extension and remove it from your systems.
