Terms of Service

These terms explain how you can use Eblasoft websites, checkout, support, and downloads. We wrote them to be clear and practical, not to surprise you later.

Good to know: if you buy an extension, usage rights for that product are also covered by our End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Scope

These Terms apply when you browse our website, place an order, download an extension, or contact us for support. Together, these activities are referred to as the Services.

2. Who Can Use the Services

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and you must have authority to act on behalf of any business or organization you represent.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, please:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your login details secure.
  • Use the Services in a lawful and respectful way.
  • Do not interfere with licensing or security controls.

4. Orders, Billing, and Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Unless we say otherwise, fees do not include taxes, duties, or bank charges.

5. Product Licensing

Extension use is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA). If anything on this page seems different from the EULA, the EULA controls for product use.

6. Support and Service Changes

We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of our Services over time. If a material change affects how you use the Services, we will apply it prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

Eblasoft and its licensors keep all rights in the Service content, branding, code, documentation, and designs except for rights we explicitly grant in writing.

8. Third-Party Services

Sometimes we link to third-party websites or tools. Those services are not controlled by Eblasoft, so please review their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Eblasoft for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages where the law allows us to exclude them.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law are being violated. Sections that naturally survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, the latest version on this page will show the updated date. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the revised version.
